UnternehmerTUM's initiative Women Start-up is a strong community for women to become involved in technology and entrepreneurship. The initiative offers network events, start-up visits, and workshops for (future) female founders.

We believe that diverse teams perform better and are continuously striving to increase diversity in our teams. Women found startups less frequently than men and receive much lower VC funding. We would like to change this and have therefore several initiatives for supporting female founders.
Together with Women Startup and XPRENEURS from UnternehmerTUM, we have launched regular Office Hours, where female founders can speak to experts and get mentoring regarding building and financing their startup. If you are a female founder and seek support, you can book a session with different top level experts.
The sessions take place every second Friday of a month.
