The Munich-based PropTech Predium was founded in 2021 by Jens Thumm, Mohamed Ali Razouane and Maximilian Körner. The three founders developed the intelligent operating system for decarbonizing real estate. Predium enables a simple and fast overview of the ESG performance of buildings as well as action plans for CO2 reduction including investment calculations. In addition, Predium offers automated reporting according to established industry standards such as GRESB and Ecore as well as customer-specific templates. Predium thus offers a holistic solution for sustainable and profitable real estate management.
